See your existing friends

Stalqer users can interact with all their Facebook friends in several ways including:

• "Checking in" to a nearby venue such as a restaurant or bar
• Inviting friends to meet there or posting a public message about the venue
• Changing a friend's location for them by dragging them around the map
• Instant messaging a friend or posting on their wall

All these actions can then inform the user's network of friends using Push notifications to give a real-time update about where your friends are and what they're doing. If those friends aren't on Stalqer yet, the message goes through as an email.

Background location tracking

Stalqer does not require the user to jail-break their iPhone or violate Apple's terms of service in any way. The background tracking technology is entirely user-controlled, and can be disabled or removed by the user without affecting the Stalqer iPhone application.

Stalqer contains simple and comprehensive privacy controls that let users specify exactly who can see what information. Users can at any time restrict or turn off their location sharing to a given person, a group of people, or everyone on the system.
